You'll need a free AllUniversity.info account with a confirmed email address — this is what lets the university reply to you and keeps the conversation tied to you.

Your message goes straight to the university, and a copy stays in your inbox, so you always have a record of what you asked and what they said — all in one place.

What to write

• Be specific and concise. One clear question or topic per message gets a faster, better answer.
• Give the context that matters — your intended intake, degree level, or background, if it changes the answer.
• No web links, and no offensive language. Both are blocked, and a message containing a link won't be sent.
