Anhui Normal University

Anhui Normal University is a prestigious institution of higher learning in Wuhu, Anhui Province, China. 

The university boasts a rich history that stretches back to 1928, making it the oldest university in Anhui Province, China. Established initially as the Provincial Anhui University in Anqing, it has undergone several name changes and relocations throughout the years. In 1946, it was renamed National Anhui University, and in 1949, it found its permanent home in Wuhu. Finally, in 1972, it received its current designation as Anhui Normal University.
