Henan University of Finance and Economics is a provincial public university located in Zhengzhou, Henan, China.

This university's history began with two separate institutions.  One, focused on finance and economics, had a long and distinguished past, while the other specialized in political and legal studies.  In March 2010, these two institutions merged to create the current university.
