University of M'sila
The University of M'sila (Université Mohamed Boudiaf - M'Sila) is a public university located in the city of M'Sila, Algeria.
The history of the University of M'sila dates back to 1985, when it was founded as a higher education institute in mechanics. In 1989, institutes in civil engineering and urban management were added. In 1992, the institution became a university center, and in 2001, it achieved full university status with four faculties and 23 departments.
The University of M'sila is named after Mohamed Boudiaf, an Algerian politician who was a founding member of the National Liberation Front (FLN). Boudiaf was assassinated in 1992, but his legacy continues to inspire the university's mission of promoting education and research in Algeria.
