Baku State University
Baku State University (BSU), also known as Bakı Dövlət Universiteti in Azerbaijani, is the oldest and largest public university in Azerbaijan. It was established on September 1, 1919.
It is a member of the European University Association and the Association of Asian Universities.
BSU offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in a variety of fields, including the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, engineering, and medicine. The university also has a number of research centers and institutes, including the Institute for Physical Problems, the Institute for Applied Mathematics, and the Confucius Institute.
BSU has a strong international reputation and attracts students and scholars from all over the world. It has exchange programs with universities in over 50 countries and offers a number of international scholarships to foreign students.
