Feni University (FU) is a private university established in 2012 under the 2010 Private University Act. The campus is in Feni, Bangladesh.

Established in 2012 under the Private University Act of 2010, it officially began academic activities in May 2013. The university received formal recognition from the University Grants Commission (UGC) in November 2012.
