The story of Global University Bangladesh (GUB) began in 2013, when its vision was approved by the University Grants Commission. Two years later, in 2015, the doors officially opened under the Private University Act of 2010. Nestled in the vibrant city of Barisal, GUB aimed to become a beacon of education in the region.
