Northern University Bangladesh or NUB is a private university in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

In the year 2002, with the dream of fostering academic excellence, Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) embarked on its journey. Its birth came through the vision of the International Business Agriculture & Technology (IBAT) Trust, a non-profit organization dedicated to educational advancement. NUB aimed to address the burgeoning demand for high-quality higher education in Bangladesh, fueled by the 1992 Private Universities Act that paved the way for private institutions.
