Adolfo Ibáñez University is a private research university in Santiago, Chile.

The history of Adolfo Ibáñez University (UAI) can be traced back to 1953, when the Valparaiso Business School (Escuela de Negocios de Valparaíso) was established. The business school was founded by the Adolfo Ibáñez Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education and economic development in Chile.

The Valparaiso Business School was the first business school in Chile and Latin America. It quickly gained a reputation for its high-quality academic programs and its focus on preparing students for success in the business world.
