Kotebe University of Education

Kotebe Metropolitan University is located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It was established in 1976.

It was originally established as Kotebe College of Teacher Education, where it offered teacher's training before it acquired the status of a university in 2016. That transition marked a new beginning for the university to expand its curriculum base and intensify its commitment to higher education.
