University of Seville

University of Seville operates as a primary public educational facility which exists in central Seville of Andalusia region in Spain. The institution started in the 15th century when Archdeacon Maese Rodrigo Fernández de Santaella established the Colegio de Santa María de Jesús. The university experienced several political and social transformations during its first five centuries until it became a government-operated institution in the mid-19th century.
