Chinhoyi University of Technology

Chinhoyi University of Technology is a public university located in Chinhoyi, Zimbabwe.

The university's history traces back to 1991 with the establishment of the Chinhoyi Technical Teachers' College, an institution dedicated to training technical teachers for the country. Its focus on developing skilled educators laid the foundation for its future transformation into a university. The college quickly gained a reputation for excellence, attracting students from across the nation. In 1999, recognizing the growing demand for tertiary education, the college began offering degree programs under the auspices of the University of Zimbabwe.
