Pundra University of Science and Technology

Pundra University of Science and Technology (PUB) is a private university in Bogra, Bangladesh.

In the year 2001, amidst the fertile plains of North Bengal, a young sapling of knowledge sprouted – Pundra University of Science and Technology. Driven by a mission to democratize quality education, it set roots in Thengamara, just beyond the bustling city of Bogra. With a resolute commitment to affordability and accessibility, Pundra opened its doors, welcoming students from all walks of life, particularly the young, the mature, and those often marginalized by circumstance.

Within a year, its verdant promise blossomed into official recognition. In 2002, both the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh and the Government bestowed their approval, granting Pundra the legitimacy to nurture its academic pursuits. 

Pundra's curriculum flourished, offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs in diverse fields, from the timeless wisdom of English to the dynamism of Computer Science. Admission was meritocratic, ensuring that brilliance, not privilege, paved the path to knowledge. Modern classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, and bustling libraries became the fertile ground for learning and exploration.
