Management & Science University is a private university in Malaysia located in Shah Alam, Selangor.

The history of Management and Science University (MSU) can be traced back to 1997, when the MSU Holdings group of educational foundations and institutes was established. MSU was founded in 2001 as University College of Technology and Management Malaysia (UCTMM). UCTMM was granted university status in 2007 and was officially renamed Management & Science University.

MSU has grown rapidly since its inception. In 2001, it had a student enrollment of just over 1,000 students.

MSU is known for its strong industry linkages and its focus on experiential learning. MSU has a number of research centers and institutes that work closely with industry partners to develop innovative solutions to real-world problems. MSU is also home to a number of student-run businesses, which provide students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business and entrepreneurship.
