Dong-Eui Institute of Technology

Dong-Eui Institute of Technology is a private university located in Busan, South Korea.

Dong-Eui University was established in 1979 as a four-year college with an initial enrollment of 400 students. Founded by the Dong-Eui Educational Foundation, the institution joined a legacy of educational excellence, following the establishment of a middle school, high school, and junior college by the same foundation. The university's beginnings were closely tied to Kyungdong Engineering Professional School, which previously operated on the site of its current campus. In 1983, the college was elevated to university status, marking a significant milestone in its development. The following year, it expanded its academic scope by launching a graduate school, further solidifying its position as a center for higher learning. The establishment of the Dong-Eui Medical Center in June 1990 added a new dimension to the university's contributions.
