Avila University is a private university in Kansas City, Missouri that is affiliated with the religious order the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, and it was founded in 1916. In addition to traditional undergraduate and graduate programs, Avila offers programs in arts and sciences, business, education and health sciences.
