Friends University

Located in the center of Wichita, Kansas, Friends University cultivates academic excellence, and spiritual growth, and learns to engage; building relationships in the community. Founded in 1898 by the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers), Friends University offers a value-based education and places great importance on developing the whole person. Offering a range of studies at the undergraduate and graduate levels in arts, sciences, business, and education, it encourages an environment for students to learn with very small classroom sizes and accessible faculty.
